Our Vision
By 2012 RFR will be the leading Ecuadorian organization that supports and represents the diverse institutions that facilitate and promote access of financial services to the vulnerable population. By doing so, RFR contributes to the enhancement of the socioeconomic conditions of the marginalized poor.
